This license does NOT allow for recording (if you need this feature, our recommendation is to have a Staff Member request an HSC Pro account to schedule these meetings for you)
This license does NOT allow file sharing via the Chat feature (screen-sharing is allowed)
Ensure your Waiting Room is ON prior to conducting patient consultations.
Generating transcriptions of patient consults is not
allowed.
Currently, AI is not allowed to be used in conjunction with
telehealth sessions.
Ensure you are in a private location for your telehealth
consults (e.g., a place where other individuals cannot hear or see the
consult).
Use a secure Wi-Fi connection (such as your work or home
network, not a coffee shop or other public Wi-Fi source).
Turn off/disable any devices that could record conversations
in the background (such as Alexa, Google or other smart devices).
Ensure all devices used for telehealth are updated with the
latest security patches and have strong, unique passwords (if you have
questions about security patches, please reach out to the HSC IT Service desk
505-272-1694).
Delete any unnecessary patient health information from
devices after the telehealth session.
Never store PHI on your local hard drive - only store PHI in appropriate/approved locations.
